Our approach is grounded in SPIRE, a science-backed framework developed by Dr. Tal Ben Shahar and rooted in Positive Psychology. It empowers people to create sustainable, fulfilling lives. SPIRE represents the five interconnected dimensions of well-being: Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Relational, Emotional.
